I'm having issues with 2019 so I uninstalled it and reinstalled 2017.
I'm trying to activate 2017 with my 2019 licence and I get the message 'Licence expired'.
What can I do.

What issues are you having with Studio 2019- have you logged a support ticket?
I can see from your account you processed the upgrade some time ago which means that you will no longer have a Studio 2017 license in your account.
To run Studio 2017- you will need to ensure you have installed CU13- https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000007654
Now reinstall Studio 2019 (on the same machine) and activate. Now you should be able to run Studio 2017.
