I was trying to install recently upgraded Studio 2019 Freelance plus on Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit) laptop.
I am getting error message while installing the package. It says :
Set up did not complete. The error is : 'Package Microsoft Visual C++2017 redistributable' could not be installed. Error No: 23.
Please advise me on this.

There are a number of reasons why the installation can fail-
The most obvious one that falls to mind is that your Windows (7) environment is not up to date.
Please go to Windows Update- and ensure that all updates have not only been downloaded- but also installed.
Then restart your machine.
If this still does not work- there are a number of solutions listed in this following video you can tray.
