Studio 2019 - activated version is suddenly back to trial

Question

Hello.
I opened SDL Studio 2019 today when I had no internet connection and found that Studio is running in the trial mode. I bought and activated the license on 28-09-2018. Now my internet connection is back, I rebooted my PC, but Studio is still using the trial license (only 2 days remain). My activation code is not accepted ("no licenses are currently available for the specified activation code") and, according to my SDL account, this license is in use. I do not have extra licenses, so in two days I will not be able to use Studio. Please help.

 You can very quickly get free help with licensing or installation issues that are preventing you working, here:

Have your license number ready. Here's what the page looks like:

Click on 'Request license reset' and a livechat form will open up asking for a few details. You should have help immediately this way. 
 
 If nobody replies, though I'm sure they will, click 'Submit case' and fill out the form it takes you to, selecting 'Licensing' at the Case Type entry and giving the email address you can be contacted on.

Hello Olga Tverdomed , 
 
I have reset your license, simply log in to your SDL account/Licenses and copy the 2019 license code. 
When you now Start Studio and click activate- you can paste the activation code and Studio should now run in full Freelance mode.
