Hello everybody,

I'm working with the latest Version of Studio Freelancer 2017 SR1, V6278. Before september 26 the software worked fine on my desktop computer. After october 2nd (I returned from my holidays) it did not start anymore. Whenever I start the program it shows the little SDL Trados Studio screen, then it vanishes and the program stops. No error message. Since I have a Freelance Plus license, the program is installed on my notebook as well, this installation works faultlessly.

Both machines work on Windows 8.1 with all updates. with Microsoft Office 2013.

I checked windows update, no updates after september 13.

I deinstalled and reinstalled the software, I renamed the SDL folders in Appdata local and roaming, I renamed the data folder, nothing changed. I even reinstalled the .net framework, although I was not shure if this is necessary.

Can anybody help? You will find the content of the log file (generated by Trados Studio whenever I try to start the program) below.
