Hi,

I need to deactive my license to install the software again because in the hurry to fix an error when opening the translation packages I have uninstalled it before deactivating the license.  I have the Starter 2019 edition and after trying to install the software again I've received this message: "Setup has detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you still wish to install this version, you must remove the other version first."

I need help because I haven't been able to work for more than a week and I don't know what to do.
