I have tried downloading and installing all the windows updates and then installing Trados (didn't work), as well as downloading and installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable from the Microsoft website and then installing Trados (didn't work either). I have also tried to install it with the antivirus deactivated, with no results.
Please, I would appreciate a prompt response since I need Trados to continue with my work.

This error normally occurs when there are still Microsoft updates still pending and/or which have been downloaded but not correctly installed.

If you have been unable to install Windows updates (and Studio), please ensure that you are logged onto the machine as administrator- otherwise the updates/installation will fail.
