Online activation error

Question

I entered the license activation code after installation, but it didn't work and I got the following error message: 
 
 --------------------------- Error --------------------------- Activation failed. Error[188]: License start date not yet reached. :VLSaddFeatureToFile --------------------------- OK --------------------------- 
 
 After that, I found that the available license is being already used while it was available a minute earlier. 
 I clicked on "Return License", but now I am getting this error if I use the code. 
 
 Error --------------------------- Activation failed. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code. --------------------------- OK --------------------------- 
 
 Can anybody please reset my license for Studio 2019?

Hi Mohamed Zeid , 
 You can request a license reset immediately, here: 
 https://gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing 
 You'll see 2 buttons. Click on the right-hand button 'Request License Reset' and fill out the little form that appears. 
 Someone will help you very quickly, usually immediately. 
 In the rare event that there is nobody available, the right-hand button will be greyed out. Then, click on the 'Submit Case' button, which takes you to the form that Kiyotaka Tsuchida shared with you. 
 Fill that form out, being sure to give your email address accurately so they can contact you. Remember to click 'Licensing' in the 'Case Type' dropdown. You should have your license reset within 24h.
