I wanted to install the upgrade from 2017 to 2019 but got an error message that I have to delete 2007 first. This message also appeared a short while ago when I wanted to install general updates.
Opening my programme list, I don't even see an installed programm SDL Trado 2007 - just as an icon on my desktop screen.
Any advise what to do?

Can you share the error message, a screenshot would be good. You should not have to delete anything as 2019, 2017, 2015, 2014, 2011, 2009 and 2007 can all be installed alongside each other.
