Can't deactivate SDL Trados 2019

I need to deactivate my License (SDL Trados Studio 2019), as I've rebuilt my computer and forgot to deactivate my Trados Studio 2019 Freelance account.
I did not reinstall anything I kept the old hard drive but as my system changed the license server see it as invalid.
I tried to Force Return my license more times today but I got the following message:
"An error has occurred. An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error."
And nothing happens.
Please, help me to deactivate my license. Thank you.
