Is it possible to use the Starter version in Russia?

Question

Could you please tell me, is it possible to use the Starter verion of SDL Trados Studio 2019? Could you as well specify the amount of symbols for that version? Is it 5000?

Yes you are able to use the Starter version in Russia and the Russian language is also of course fully supported. 
 
The Starter version however does have a number of restrictions, such as a limit (per TM) of around 5000 Translation Units (ca. 50.000 words) and is used generally by translators working on smaller single files and client project packages (unrestricted).
