Error Message: Error[197] at

Question

The Error Message: Error[197]: Invalid TVL data format appears every time I try to deactivate the license. 
 I see this phenomenon in these 2 weeks. Before that I added some new html files to be translated. 
 I am suspecting it relates to the phenomenon.

If you wish to deactivate the license, please contact the licensing team in here: 
 
 gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing 
 
The dedicated department will do a license reset for you so then you should be able to activate it again.
