Hello. The first time I tried to install Trados in my computer, it showed an error message while it was extracting the documents. I don't remember the message because I put "don't show again" and now I don't know what to do.

First of all, I would suggest going to your downloads folder and deleting the SDL Studio 2019 download file and then redownload the file from our site and try a new installation, making notes of any issues or errors that appear.
Once we have some more information, we can try and help.
