I have uninstalled and tried to install several times but has not worked so far.
Error Message: setup did not complete. the error is:
setup has detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you still wish to install this version, you must remove the other version first.

Fill out the form, selecting 'Installation' at the 'Case Type' dropdown menu and providing your email address accurately as this is how they will contact you.

I also had this suggestion from SDL:
Please try to install Studio manually following the steps from this KB article.
But sadly nothing worked. So I had to reinstall Windows 10 Professional and then SDL Trados 2019.
Now everything seems to be fine, hopefully.
