Error 80001: The error of Translator's Workbench. The server threw an exception.

Question

I'm using a Trados 2007 Freelance. 
 When I am working on TagEditor for Excel file translation, some sentences cannot be translated due to the captioned error: 80001 The error of Translator's Workbench. The server threw an exception. Most of the time, those sentences contain some codes (a series of numbers or alphabets). 
 I've tried a reorganization of the TM, which did not work. 
 I've copied the error sentence to Word file, but got an error saying "Previous request not yet finished". 
 I'm sure the similar sentences could be translated without any problem before, but they suddenly became not-translatable. 
 Some sites advised to deactivate the "Run terminology recognition in the background", which did not work in my case. 
 Could anyone please help me to solve this problem?

 SDL Trados 2007 is no longer actively supported by SDL Help except for license reset. 
 However, there are links to static help information on this software, here on the SDL Help site:

Thank you very much for letting me know some useful site to support Trados 2007 and some posts related to my issue.
