SDL 2017 SR 1 failed "SDL Customer Feedback Service failed to start" error. Cancelled update and now SDL Trados is GONE!

Received notification of an update to SDL Trados 2017 SR1 this morning. On Windows 10.

Almost through installation, I received error message "SDL Customer Feedback Service failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services."

I retried but ultimately hit "Cancel."

Now I have NO link to SDL Trados 2017 at all!  It does not show as a shortcut nor is it listed as an app in the Control Panel.  No way to "Repair" the installation.

I went to "Translation Zone" to view my licenses, but there doesn't appear to be any way to return the license so that I can reinstall SLD Trados 2017 from scratch.

I am not sure what do to!

I have a project due tomorrow.  HELP!!
