I am trying to solve a problem that appeared all of a sudden this morning and I have an important file to send back to my client this afternoon. 

I looked at the community for a solution, but the ones that are suggested do not help me. Maybe it's because my computer is in French, and that everything related to computer is closer to an extraterrestrial language than any human ones I know, but all the paths that I need to follow are nowhere to be found on my computer.

 

The message "Failed to initialize view "SimpleStartView"" appears each time i try to launch SDL Trados 2019 and I do not understand why. I did not instal any new apps. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Trados, but the problem persists.

 

It tells something about Antidote 9 (I use Antidote 10).

 

Can anybody help me with that please?
