MultiTerm 15, Build 15.01.43891

Hello there,

I recently downloaded and installed the lastest update as prompted. Build now showing to be 15.01.43891.

Download/installation appeared to go smoothly, but when I click on the icon SDL MultiTerm 2019 Desktop, the SDL window briefly appears in the centre of the screen, but the program itself doesn't start.

It's not an issue with it running 'minimised' or off-screen, it simply seems to be that it isn't executed at all.

I'd be greatful for any ideas.

    It sounds as if something has interfered with your installation process, or it is being influenced in unexpected ways by other parts of your setup.

    That which sometimes helps in such contexts is a Windows Repair. To run a Windows Repair of MultiTerm, via Control Panel...

    - Close all SDL applications.
     
    - Open the Control Panel via Windows button>Windows System>Control Panel:
       Windows 10: Right-click on Start (Windows button) >Windows System > Control Panel > Select View by: Small Icons > Programs and Features.
     
    - Click/highlight the relevant SDL product in the list (e.g. SDL MultiTerm 2019 Desktop) and click Repair. 
     
    - Repeat the above with MultiTerm 2019 Core.
     
    - Restart MultiTerm.
     
    Let us know if this doesn't resolve your issue.
