I have purchased Trados Studio Starter 2019 and tried to activate my licence to work on a project, but my account says that it has already been used (even though I had yet to open it). As a result, I cannot deactivate it offline either.
Is there another way to deactivate it or could one of the moderators deactivate the licence please?

I have checked your account and can see that the new license has been activated, however the old license appears to be still active as well.
You will need to please log a license reset ticket via your SDL account -
Selecting the LICENSE RESET option.
Also in the meantime I will ensure your account is updated and the expired licenses removed to prevent any further corruption.
