Hi,
I can't activate my SDL Studio 2017 license, I tried to deactivate online then activate it, still didn't work. I keep receiving this message "Activation failed. Please provide quantity less than or equal to the remaining quantity 0".
Please check and advise.

I checked your account and it appears the license was activated on the 30th.
If this is incorrect and you need the license resetting- please request a license reset via your SDL account
-please select 'Request License Reset' from the above options.

You should see the following when requesting a reset (the license team is online and available)
If not- please try a different browser such as Chrome or FF
