SDL 2019 SR1 not working properly.

Question

Hi all, 
 
 I installed SDL trados 2019 on my system. I opened a translatable file even. But when i opened the translation memory, it just closed the program, and is not opening again. Can someone help me with this?

Unfortunately you have not told us what your system specs are- (Operating System/RAM/Office version etc.- which is always a good starting point to try and problem solve. 
However, in similar cases, a complete update of the system has resolved many such cases- 
Please remember to run Studio 2019- we recommend the following as a minimum- 
To ensure everything is also up to date (including drivers- often an issue) please follow the steps as explained in the following Wiki's 
 community.sdl.com/.../3392.how-to-part-1-trouble-shoot-unexplained-errors-and-unwanted-behavior-in-studiomultiterm 
Then once complete- and you have run a repair on Studio- please let me know if the problems are resolved.
