My hard drive had a major fault and I needed to reformat it, I couldn't deactivate the SDL license.
Now I want to reinstall SDL Trados 2017, but since I didn't deactivate the license before, it is still "in use" according to my SDL account. I tried the function "force return", but only got an error message. Can you help me deactivate it, so that I can activate my license in my reinstalled software? Or instruct me how to solve this.
