Hi,

I cannot get back to the point of choosing the initial 5 languages in Studio 2019.

I tried reinstalling studio multiple times and running windows repair on all files after reinstallation but I cannot get to the point where one can set up the languages again - Studio seems to 'remember' my initial choice. Any suggestions?

Also Serbian Latin and Serbian Cyrillic are in the list as two separate languages so I had to choose them both and by doing that I lost one of the five languages and I need all 5 of them.

So now I would have to go back and choose different language setup and then repeat this every time I need the fifth language because Serbian takes 2 spots. They are two different alphabets, not two languages. This issue was raised in 2012 and there was a promise that this will be resolved.

I contacted a person from SDL beginning this month but haven't received any response so far.

I would appreciate any suggestions because this is a huge blocking point.
