VAT number entered is invalid.

Hi, I need to enter my account, but after logging in, I'm stuck on the "Complete Registration" page.

I keep getting the error message that my VAT number entered is invalid, which is not true - I tripple-checked, it is definitely my correct VAT number. I cannot even enter the support page without completing this page.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

    I should have only one account, that's weird. Are there two different email addresses? I've been using SDL Studio 2014/2015 and now 2017 for a while, working as a freelancer. I also did some work for SDL, but had purchased Studio before that. I now want to migrate Studio 2017 to a new computer and would need to download the program on the new machine.
    My VAT number had always been accepted before, and I put the DE in front as well. I now checked on VIES, and received this message "Your Request for VAT validation has not been processed; the maximum number of concurrent requests for this Member State has been reached." So could this be an error on the VIES side?
