Hi y'all,

Bought SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus in September and would now install the 2nd license on my laptop. My laptop had SDL Trados Studio 2017 Starter installed about a year ago. I opened the  programme and tried to activate with my license number (hoping it was that simple!) and immediately got an error message. Then I deactivated the 2017 Starter and tried again. Same thing. 

The error message is in Italian but to the effect "Activation unsuccessful. Product key not valid (???) Ensure that the product key belongs to the product or to the intended product version."

After watching a couple of licensing videos and surfing some more I came upon this page

Though it seemed what I was looking for, I only reached point 4 Click on Click here to upgrade your license 

This choice isn't found on my licensing page so now I'm completely stumped - what to do?? :-(
