Studio 2019 new license activated, there is still Studio 2017. Should I remove it? There is only Multiterm 2017 showing "Remove suite of products". I am not allowed to repair it. When working in Studio 2019 and implementing new words, Multiterm and then Studio crashed both, several times. Studio without Multiterm is not useful, what to do?

I think the problem here might be, that you have simply not downloaded and installed the new Multiterm 2019 version from your account.
You need both Studio and MultiTerm to be on the same version-
Please let me know if everything is now ok after installing Multiterm.
