Download DeepL Plug-in

Question

I bought DeepL Pro but when I try downloading the DeepL Translation Provider App in SDL Appstore I am Always told to connect to my account whereas I'm already connected to it... 
 I can't get no further. Can anyone help please ? Thanks in advance.

If you have 2 SDL accounts created with 2 different email address can you please try logging into with the email address associated with the SDL account where you have the latest license purchased?
