Hi,

Whenever I started my laptop, I kept receiving an error message concerning Sdl multiterm widget.

Therefore I thought I would uninstall and reinstall SDL 2017 to stop it.

I first deactivated the licence, downloaded the applications' exe from my SDL profile and went on reinstalling, by double-clicking on the icons.

However, whereas a SDL Multiterm folder appeared nicely in Programs(x86), SDLTrados was nowhere to appear.

I finally found it in a hidden folder in C: Programdata>Packagecache

Double-clicked setup. Setup successful, yet no SDL folder in Programs(x86), still.

After numerous and desperate (:))) attempts, I went in control panel and then programs>disinstall program.

I found the SDLTrados icon, selected it and clicked on restore.

After that, the SDLTrados folder appeared in the right place and an icon had been created on the desktop. I opened the program double-clicking on that icon and reactivated SDLTrados with my license code. 

The program seems to work properly now, yet I would like to know what happened and what I did wrong (the control panel solution was a totally extemporaneous attempt)
