To activate your current Studio 2019 installation, you need to access your SDL account- Licenses and copy paste the code beginning with -

 a0##########- This is your freelance activation code.

Is it possible that I have to remove the Starter Version of SDL on my computer completely and that I have to install the Freelance Version from my account completely new?

I bought the Freelance Version as SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR 1. Is this a valid full version of Sdl Trados Studio 2019 Freelance or is this a problem, since I cannot activate the licence on my computer.
