I uploaded my problem and got feedback from the team. But it does not still work. Actually, because of the installation problem, I get initialize my computer. After this process, some of the program in my computer are deleted like 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable'  What should I do? I clike the http://downloadcenter.sdl.com/T2019/SR1/SDLTradosStudio2019_SR1_44109.exe, but the process of installation is stopped when it extract the Microsoft NET 4.7.2. Please help me..  

The error message is "An error occurred while installing system components for SDL Trados. Setup cannot continue until all system components have been successfully installed."
