I had to reinstall Windows 10 at factory settings because of a problem. One Drive backed up my Trados studio 2019 as files only. How do I actually reinstall the software. I have a 2 SDL Trados program, one license on my desktop and the other on my PC, which is where the problem is. I'd be grateful for some advice. Thank you.

To reinstall your software, simply access your SDL account- and go to downloads
From here you can then download the software and then use your licenses (under the License tab) to activate your software.
