Currently the users on my network are having this issue.  Has anyone seen this before or know how to fix it?  I didn't have this problem when I installed and activated Trados.

I've seen him successfully activate the product, but that's about as far as it gets.   From what I've seen online, once the product is activated and the user hits 'OK', it should present a window to Deactivate with a 'continue' button, but it doesn't.. It just resets to another Activation window.  Closing everything out and selecting the .exe, it just goes right back to the Activation screens, but it does display that it is active, no application actually starts up.   The hooks into windows are there, when right clicking on a document I see the option to Translate with SDL Trados, but then it just reopens the Activation windows..
