I have downloaded the trial version of SDL Trados Studio 2019 and the trial period started a few days ago.
I have a DeepL pro license and I would like to integrate the plugin into SDL Studio, but when I try to download DeepL Translation Provider, I get the message: "You have logged in successfully, however this app is not available for you to download because you don’t have a license for one of the supported products (SDL Trados Studio 2017 - SDL Trados Studio 2019) in your account. Please contact the administrator...".
Can someone please help us with this problem?
