To use autosuggest, the popup says I have to upgrade my license. How can I do that?
And one more question, using multiterm resources on the webpage, to download the apps, my account doesn't fit it, so it says that i need to contact administrator. Where should i reach?

In the SDL account you already have the latest version of Studio, but you need to purchase AutoSuggest Creator in order to use it. Also you need to have a translation unit with at least 25.000 translation units in order to have the AutoSugest enabled.
You can purchase the AutoSuggest creator from the SDL store.
