Please be aware that on Monday 13th May from 04:30 am – 07:30 am British Summer Time (BST) SDL's Licensing Service Provider will be performing some maintenance work on the licensing servers.

During this time on 13th May, 04.30 am - 07.30 am BST:

• Users of SDL Translation Productivity products such as Trados Studio, Passolo and GroupShare will not be able to de-activate or re-activate their licenses.
• Users of SDL Translation Productivity products will not be able to upgrade any licenses.
• SDL will not be able to perform any License Resets.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that during the maintenance work it does not cause too much disruption for our customers.
