Hi, I have just purchased SDL Studio 2019 and installed in on my laptop but there seems to be a problem: when I want to start translating a document, I pick the target language and than, the programme seems to bug, it does not give me the option to chose &agrave; TM and go any further. I don't have the problem on my PC so I don't understand where the rub is. Can you help?

Is there a strange behavior in Studio, any errors? I would definitely go for a Repair/Reset of Studio first. The instructions are in the link: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395 
 As an alternative you can install the Fresh Start App what can be downloaded for free from our App Store: https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdl-freshstart/876/ 
 Let me know if it worked with any of the two workarounds.

 No worries. Can you please send me a print screen to see exactly what happens when you are trying to open the file? This should not happen this is why I need all the details. Also are you using an antivirus on your PC? If this is the case you will have to &bdquo;white list&rdquo; Studio in the antivirus, to add it to the list as a trusted software.

 Please check the following two articles that provide the steps into solving your non-displaying target language. 
 I would particularly recommend looking into the step to go to File tab > Options > Editor > Languages 
 and there select the target language then confirm with OK.
