in order to process  the upgrade , please do the following:

1.log into your Sdl account

2. select Product and Plans and then click on Licenses

3. click on the blue box from the top of the page where it says "you have 1 available upgrade"

4. on the next page appearing click on the upgrade button

Can you please advise what internet browser do you use when you access the App Store ?You can try the  cleaning  browsing data  workaround , or to open the browser in new incognito window  and log in again.

Please let me know how it works!

I had done everything exactly as you describe but clearing the browser data (Firefox) did the trick, for both problems.
