After having installed trados Studio 2019 (Upgrade from SDL Trados Studio 2014 Freelance) on my new Computer (Windows 10), on which the older Studio-Version ist not installed, I was able to import the sdlxliff-Files I formerly created in Studio 2014 in Studio 2019. However, when I tried to open the xliff-Files under "Projects" to work with them, the following error message (attention: my translation from German) occurred: The Translation Memory C:\ .... could not be found. Click OK to indicate the location / path of the TM or Cancel to deactivate the TM.
My questions:
1) Are there other / less time consuming and strenuous methods to bring the 2014-TMs in the 2019-Version to be able to use and work with them?
2) Should I rather have updated 2014 to Studio 2015 3) Before installing Studio 2019 should I have installed the old Studio 2014 Version I have been working with on the old computer on the new Computer? Many Thanks for your kind answers
Kind regards
