I have a license for 2 users of Trados Studio 2017, one for my desktop, one for my laptop. My laptop had a technical problem and had to be reinstalled, but I couldn't deactivate the product before the reinstallation. Now, I've tried to do it on my SDL account, but I don't know which "activation ID" is valid for my laptop. I checked the "activation code" for my desktop (Help > Product Activation > Show activation code), hoping to infer the ID valid for my laptop after that, but the "activation code" for my desktop does not match any of the "activation IDs" in my SDL account.
Any idea how to find the proper deactivation ID for my laptop (on which I can no longer access Trados)? Thanks!
