Hi Karin Mitchell

1. Close the Product Activate dialog.
2. Rename the file Studio.lic  found in folder
   • For Studio 2019: C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15\Data.
3. Start Studio and activate the license as usual.

Many thanks for your very prompt reply and my apologies for the delay in responding. I was following your instructions when a licence reset came through which solved the problem. 

I'm wondering if issues connecting to the Internet this morning may have caused the problem as I can't think of any other reason.
