I had a trial version, then I bought a license and started to download the installers.

The installation process stopped and a message appeared:

"Setup did not complete. The error is: Setup has detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you wish to install this version, you must remove the other version first"

Which is what I did. I removed the trial version and started the installation again.

Same message.

At this point, in Start>Settings>App I try to remove the only file left called "SDL Trados 2019 SR1 - Remove Suite of Products". I click on uninstall and after a couple of seconds a message appears:

"Setup did not complete. The error is: Setup has detected a different version of this product already installed. If you still wish to remove or repair that version, you must use that version's installer"...

The result is that I am stuck, I cannot open the file I must deliver in two days and I cannot uninstall the remaining file and install the complete version.

Please, help as soon as possible!
