Self Service option for SDL Trados Studio 2011/2014 Freelance/Freelance Plus

Hi

Just to let you know that we have now introduced a new Self Service Force Return option for SDL Trados Studio 2011 and 2014 Freelance/Freelance Plus.

This functionality will allow you to reset your licence if you are unable to do so from your computer, without having to log a Support Request.

We also still have the Self Service Force Return functionality available for SDL Trados 2007 (including Suite) and SDL Trados Studio 2009.

    Just updating with Studio 2015 which does not have a self-service option yet. So if you need to reset your Studio 2015 license you should go to the Knowledgebase;

    http://kb.sdl.com

    Then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now here;

    Licensing Problems
    - I use SDL Trados Studio 2015 / SDL Passolo 2015
    -- I need to have my license reset

    Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
