Just to let you know that we have now introduced a new Self Service Force Return option for SDL Trados Studio 2011 and 2014 Freelance/Freelance Plus.
This functionality will allow you to reset your licence if you are unable to do so from your computer, without having to log a Support Request.

We also still have the Self Service Force Return functionality available for SDL Trados 2007 (including Suite) and SDL Trados Studio 2009.
