SDL Trados Studio Freelance 2017

Question

Hello, 
 
 I had a license for Studio Freelance 2017, and while I was waiting for renewal of the license I had to download Studio 2019 Trial version to work. Now that my license is renewed and the trial version is over I cannot renew the Freelance 2017 version as the activation window displays an error. In my Account there is no Studio Freelance version available for download. 
 
 Could you help, please? How can I get Studio Freelance 2017 version back?

Hi Jekaterina Abolina , 
 Please log in to your SDL account using this link: 
 https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account 
 Then navigate to Products and Plans>Downloads. Download and install the following: 
 SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 CU15 
 In Licenses tab, next to Downloads you should see the license for the Freelance 2017 available. 
 Simply copy the license code and paste it in the activation box of the Freelance 2017 program.

 Just in case there has been some sort of error and there is no license visible on your account here: 
 Licensing page 
 then you can contact the licensing help chat free of charge, here: 
 liveagentlicensing 
 This page will appear: 
 
 Click on 'Request License Reset' and a live chat form should pop up, through which you can explain the problem and someone will chat with you live. 
 If for any reason that doesn't happen, click on 'Submit Case' and a longer form will pop up. Fill out all the details, selecting 'Licensing' at the 'Case type' line and giving your email address accurately as this is how you will be contacted. 
 Licensing issues are always dealt with within 24 hours.
