After SR2 install my BaccS plugin doesn't work

Hi,

After the installtion of SR2, I have to re-log in as a user, but the number I guess would be the "API" doesn't work (took the number from the licences section of my online account ). When clicking on "sdl sign-in", the page remains empty (see attached file). I am then redirected ("Problems ? click here") to a page where I can change my password. Not funny.

When I try to open a project or click on the "project" icon to open existing projects, a Baccs-realted message appears (see attached file). 

What can I do? Haven't had any issues with the previous later releases.

    Hi

    You sem to have two issues... one related to your BaccS plugin and another related to your login.  I movd you post to this forum as the product update forum is intended to be a place for the product managers to notify users of the releases and it gets too difficult t make it useful when it's full of other posts.

    The login problem would really be posted here as it's an installation issue:

    But I appreciate you don't want to be posting all over the place as yu just want your problems sorted!  So we can try to help with both issues here... first of all can you advise what version of the BaccS plugin you were using previously?  Did you purchase this or is it the old free one that used to be available last year?

    I'd try a restart first and if this didn't work try a reset.  

    Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio:

    c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0

    So the path would become this:

    c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0_old

    If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders:

    www.howtogeek.com/.../

    Once you've done this run a repair installation through the windows control panel for both Studio and MultiTerm.

    The support team will probably do this anyway, but if it doesn't help please log a case so a support engineer can help you. For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

    You have two options:

    1. Submit a case using a webform
    2. Use live chat to get a licence reset

    You want to use the first option and make sure you give them a link to this thread so they have some history of what you have tried already.

    Dear Paul,

    Thank you very much for your reply. It was a wee bit difficult to find my initial request and I really do not care about the sdl-Baccs plugin as I have been a registered user of Baccs for years, right from the start.

    So I would be perfectly happy if only I could log in and continue working.  So my issue is: Unable to log in after SR2 installation.

    I did as you suggested (re-name folder and then re-start), but the same issue(s) come up, so I will be contacting support and try to make sure that I will find and use the appropriate "webform".

    Dear Paul, I am not quite sure whether my post is now in the correct forum section. My issue is that I cannot work with my SDL environment at all. An I assume that this is rather related to the inability to log in than with the baccs plugin.
