Failed to install SR2 release

Hello,

I've been trying several times to install the new release for the past 2 or 3 weeks - both with the notification within the software and by downloading the program from my online account - but it won't work. Here is the message I get every single time:

Trados Studio update installation error message stating 'An error occurred and the program was aborted. You can try running the program again found in C:ProgramDataSdlChainCache.log and contact technical support.'
