I don't know where you tried to get help but the licensing help is 24/7.  This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

You have two options:

1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset

You want to use the second option. If the option is greyed it just means the engineer is busy so try again in 5 or 10 mins.

I actually sent a webform, but since I have no support contract, they say it takes 2 business days to get an answer and 1 business day to get a reset. But should I ask for a reset in this case?

They should be fast for a licence reset... is this what you followed?

I did submit case because I didn't know that licence reset would help or would be ok in this case. I will do that now. Thank you, you are very kind.

After a quick chat, it seems my licence works again (it went from in use to available on my profile).

I still don't know how this happened in the first place, but it's resolved.
