Hello,
I have a problem deactivating my Passolo 2018 and SDL Trados Studio 2019 licenses.
IT installed Windows 10 on my computer and I forgot that I had to deactivate the licenses before the new installation of Window 10 on the old computer.
Now I can't deactivate the licenses to get new ones. What do I need to do?

You can simply request your licences to be reset.
Please log in to your SDL account - Support and Education- Support - Licensing and Installation Help-
The licensing team will then reset your licenses.
