Hi!
I have just installed Parallels on my Macbook and I downloaded SDL Studio Trial, but when I open the .exe file, all I can see is an empty window where it is impossible to upload the page.
I checked the internet connection several times and I am using Chrome: everything is working, but nothing change when I launch the installation

I'm running on a similar trouble. I'm attempting to install the Studio trial app on the latest Parallels, but it's stuck on downloading. I never reached the page where I could activate the software.

I am on Windows 7.
I wrote to the technical support service of SDL, they sent me a link to download the full version, which includes a 30 days trial before the payment. No download issues this time 
Vira I maybe you can try to contact them too and fix it quickly.
