Hi --
I am moving to a new work computer (thanks Microsoft) and need to install SDL Trados 2017 on the new machine.
I am trying to download the installer EXE from https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mydownloads.asp. Unfortunately the download speed is abysmally slow (< 30 kbps). A quick test of my Internet speed shows 5 Mbps, however.
Any idea what the problem could be? I am using Chrome.
