Dear Colleagues, 

I suddenly can no longer open studio 2017, the error message is:

"Die Datei oder Assembly "System.runtime.Serialization.Formatters.Soap, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a" oder eine Abhängigkeit davon wurde nicht gefunden. Im Modul wurde ein Assemblymanifest erwartet."
(The file or assembly "System.runtime.Serialization.Formatters.Soap, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a" or a dependency thereof was not found. An assemblymanifest was expected in the module.)

Can anyone help me with this one? License is OK, and studio was working fine just until today.
