Error message when installing studio 2019 on Windows 10

I'm trying to install Trados Studio 2019 (I have deleted the older 2014 version) on Windows 10 but it won't work and the following message keeps appearing.

Any ideas?

Error message during Trados Studio 2019 installation on Windows 10 stating: An error occurred while installing system components for SDL Trados Studio. Setup cannot continue until all system components have been successfully installed.

    You need to contact Installation Support, they can help you with this problem really quickly.
    Here's where to go:
    Fill in all the details required on the form and submit it. Select 'Installation' from the Case Type dropdown menu.
    They will help you free of charge.
    Make sure your email address is correct or nobody will be able to contact you. You will receive an auto-reply immediately then they will contact you ASAP, usually within 24 hours depending how busy they are.

    You could try installing the .net framework 4.7.2 Runtime by hand first to see if that works.
    https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net472
    Then run the installer again.

    Or if you are getting the same message as above look in the install log it mentions to see what the error is as its not reporting it very well in the screenshot.
